Users can book services instantly or schedule for later. Service providers receive notifications and can accept or decline bookings. Customers track the provider’s arrival in real-time via GPS. After service completion, customers make payments through integrated payment gateways and rate the service. The platform handles all communication, scheduling, and payment processing.
