Soara Delivery is a dedicated mobile application designed for delivery partners to manage and complete product deliveries within the Soara multi-vendor e-commerce ecosystem. The app enables delivery personnel to efficiently handle pickup and drop operations for handcrafted jewellery and watch orders placed by customers. As part of the Soara platform, the delivery app acts as a bridge between vendors and customers, ensuring timely and secure order fulfillment. Delivery partners receive real-time order assignments, view pickup and delivery details, and navigate routes using integrated GPS tracking. The app is optimized to simplify delivery workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Delivery partners log in to the app and receive assigned delivery orders in real time. Each order includes vendor pickup details and customer delivery address. Riders can accept tasks, use GPS navigation to reach locations, and update order status such as picked, out for delivery, and delivered. The system continuously syncs data with the backend, ensuring real-time updates for vendors and customers. Delivery partners can also track completed tasks and manage their delivery workflow efficiently.
