Doctcare Services is a telemedicine and healthcare management platform that connects patients with doctors for online consultations. The app provides video consultations, prescription management, appointment scheduling, and health record maintenance. It makes quality healthcare accessible from the comfort of home.
Patients create health profiles with medical history and current medications. They search for doctors by specialization, location, and availability. Appointments are booked through the app with options for video or in-person consultations. During video consultations, doctors can view patient history and prescribe medications digitally. Prescriptions are stored in the app and can be shared with pharmacies. The platform sends medication reminders and follow-up appointment notifications. Lab test results can be uploaded to patient profiles.
