RiDeal User App

RiDeal Rider is a user-focused ride booking mobile application designed to provide a seamless, safe, and convenient transportation experience. The app allows passengers to quickly book rides, choose from multiple vehicle options, and travel comfortably within the city. With an intuitive interface and real-time connectivity, RiDeal Rider simplifies daily commuting and travel planning. The platform offers features such as instant and scheduled ride booking, live driver tracking, fare estimation, and secure payment options.

Users open the app and enter their pickup and drop locations. The system calculates fare estimates and shows available vehicle options. Once the user confirms the booking, a nearby driver is assigned. Users can track the driver in real time on the map and receive updates about ride status. During the trip, users can view route details and estimated arrival time. After completing the ride, users can make payments, view trip details, and rate the driver. The app also stores ride history and allows users to manage saved addresses for faster bookings.
